The Platform is delivered in one large piece. It can't be delivered in parts and assembled on-site. Please make sure that the product will fit not just in your doorway but in other tight spaces and pathways in your home as well. Read here for more information.

Delivery
This product has a production lead time of 10-12 business days. Please allow a few more additional days for delivery scheduling and fulfillment. The delivery date will be notified through email.
If you have a request regarding the delivery, please indicate them in the remarks box upon checkout.
For pickup orders, please wait to book or arrange the pickup until we confirm that the item is ready. Please take note of the production lead time of the item to have an idea as to how long the preparation can take. Kindly note that pickups will be done at our Valenzuela City warehouses only.
